Graduate Development Schemes

Our Graduate Engineering Scheme is supported by experts in Engineering and other core functions.  It exposes graduates to a variety of experiences and elements of project execution, as well as including opportunities to work offshore.
Our Commercial Graduate Scheme provides a development path, by rotation, through the Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain Management and Project Services functions of our business. 

Early Careers Programme

Our Early Careers Programme supports our emerging leaders to take ownership of their career. It enables participants to gain greater awareness of themselves, others and our global organisation and helps them develop strong relationships and global networks across Subsea7.

Learning and Development

At NigerStar7, we believe that our workforce is central to running a successful business

Through our central learning hub, Academy 7, we offer a framework of global learning to all our people which supports their development and career. This includes online learning, an ongoing webinar series, access to books and mentoring schemes. All of this is in addition to the local training and development events available to them. So, if any of our people have identified a development need in their ‘Compass’ performance review there’s plenty of development on hand to support them.
